Business/brokerage name (for real estate clients) or course name (for golf clients)

Basic site analytics (pages viewed, general location by IP, device/browser type) via our website platform's built-in analytics (Squarespace)
Cookies used for standard site functionality; see Section 6

Content generated from our services:

Aerial photos and video captured during your shoot, delivered via Dropbox

We do not collect sensitive personal information (health, financial account numbers, government ID) and ask that you not send us any via our forms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

Schedule, confirm, and deliver your shoot
Process payment and send invoices/receipts
Communicate with you about your booking (confirmations, weather reschedules, delivery links)
Maintain business records for tax and legal purposes
With your permission, feature delivered images/video in our portfolio and marketing (per Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions)

3. Aerial Imagery & Third-Party Property

Because our Services involve drone photography of real property (homes, golf courses, land), captured imagery may incidentally include neighboring properties, people, or vehicles visible from the air. We take reasonable care to avoid capturing identifiable individuals' faces or private areas not relevant to the shoot, and we do not use aerial imagery to surveil or target anyone. If you have a concern about content captured near your property, contact us at the email in Section 9.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on the following third-party services to run Lyon Aerial, each of which processes some of your data under its own privacy policy. We choose vendors that maintain reasonable security practices but are not responsible for their independent handling of your data beyond what's disclosed here.

5. Data Retention

Booking and contact information is retained for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal record-keeping purposes (generally up to 7 years for financial records).
Delivered files are hosted on Dropbox for a limited window after delivery (see our Terms & Conditions, Section 4) and may be deleted from our active storage afterward. Files we choose to retain for portfolio use are covered under Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.

6. Cookies

Our website (hosted on Squarespace) uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site features.

7. Your Choices

You may:

Ask us not to feature your shoot in our portfolio or marketing (must be requested in writing prior to the shoot, per our Terms & Conditions)
Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Ask us to correct or delete your contact information from our records, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations
Unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time

8. Children's Privacy

Lyon Aerial's services are intended for adults booking commercial photography services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
